Single Family & Condo Median & Average Sales Price

Buying a home in Newton, Massachusetts has proven to be a sound investment with home prices remaining strong in 2024 despite mortgage rates staying above 6% for much of the year.

The average condo sold for an all-time high of $1,155,761 while the number of condos sold increased by 4.9%.
